Refunds & Return Policy

 

At Threads Streetwear, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have established a clear and fair Refunds & Return Policy to ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at info@threadsstreetwear.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and, once the return is processed, make a new purchase for the desired item.

For customers in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason. Just like our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
